When You Need Flat Roof Work
Puddles of standing water remaining on the roof surface 48 hours after rain. Bubbling, blistering, or cracking in older felt roof membranes. Damp patches or peeling paint on ceilings directly beneath the flat roof. Tears or shrinkage around roof edges, joins, or upstands.
How We Do It
We strip the failed flat roof down to the timber deck and check for rot. We install new exterior-grade OSB decking and required insulation boards. We lay your chosen waterproof membrane—such as EPDM rubber or torch-on felt—seamlessly. We fit new edge trims and flashings to ensure complete water runoff control.
What to Expect
Most flat roof installations or major replacements are completed within 1 to 3 days.
